My dears, this week I'm here to present you a fantastic book: The Kiss of Deception, first volume of the Remnant Chronicles. It was written by Mary E. Pearson and, one of my most recent reading, this story had took my attention since the first begining.

  Once upon a time a seventeen-year-old princess, on the eve of getting married with a prince...

Everything it was prepared for that huge event. Even though, that wouldn't be just a ordinary wedding, in fact, it would be the alliance between  two neighboring kingdoms: Morrigan and Dalbrek. 

  Maybe you're thinking: "Ok, as lots of fairy tales, they got married and had their happy ever after..."

  It could be, if it wasn't for a person...

  "The witch?" You might ask. 

  But NO. The person who is going to break the rules it's not a witch, or something similar. The only one responsable for that incredible adventure is LIA, the Morrigan's First Daughter Princess!!!

 She runs away in the morning of her mariage, and take a place in a village, where she will figure out that almost nothing is what seems to be...

Being honest with you, I was took by surprise during the plot, and I really enjoyed it. 

Now, I can't wait to read the following one The Heart of Betrayal and the last one The Beauty of Darkness. I NEED to know what is coming!

Hi Guys!

Of course you have, at least once, heard about a boy named Harry Potter, or am I wrong???But, have you ever read his stories???

In Hogwarts, Harry will meet his two best friends: Hermione Granger and Ron/Rony Weasley. Together, this trio will find out that friendship is one of the most powerful guns against evil.

The books were published in countries from all the world and translated for dozens of languages!!!

Millions, YES, MILLIONS of people have read them.

The Silver Linings Playbook

Hello Guys!!! :D

Today my book tip is The Silver Linings Playbook written by Matthew Quick. 

This book is romantic comedy that presents us to the history of a man that has a hang up for his ex-wife. And because of this, he was sent to a psychiatric clinic for several yars!

Pat Peoples is his name and he has a theory: he strongly believes that his life is a movie produced by God. Pat also trusts that his mission in life is to get a fitness body and intellectual mind, so this way, if he get a satisfing result, he would be able to make up with his ex-wife, Nikki.

But, when he finally get out of the clinic and come back to his parents house, he will find out, little by little, that life is not what used to be. Through his journey, he'll meet Tifanny, a weird woman that lives a few houses down-street. And the most incredible thing is: he's being haunted -hunted- by her!

Everytime that he leaves his parents house, she is there wainting he. And since the moment that he starts working out and running, she follows him, without saing a single word. Time passes and Pat will discover that isn't that easy to get rid his unnespected new friend. In the end of his mission, he'll figure out that Tifanny is the best thing that would ever happen to him.

This book has amazed thousands of people around the world. It became so successful that it was turned on movie started by Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence and released on November 16, 2012.

The Fault In Our Stars

Hello everybody!!!

This week I decided to bring you a Banned Book named  THE FAULT IN OUR STARS by John Green - one of the authors most loved by the teens around the world. 




I think you've heard about that story, yet. Even because Its success was so ruge, that the book was turned on movie - released on June 6, 2014.

If you have never heard and do not have a clue about this story, I'm going to tell you a bit of it.



Hazel Grace is a sixteen-year-old girl that was diagnosed with stage IV thyroid cancer when she was only twelve. The doctors used to believe that she would die until hers 14, but Hazel was blessed and exceeded this expectation.

After this two years, Hazel's parents suggest her to join a cancer teen support group. She does not like, but goes anyway. There she meets Augustus (Gus) Waters, who had been diagnosed with cancer in his bones, but was going fine by now. Since this day, Gus is determined to shows Hazel that life is right there just to be lived.

I have this book and OF COURSE I recommend it, even because it's full of wonderful quotes, like:

The Sign of Four

Hello there!!

Today my book tip is The Sign of Four, written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Also known as The Sherlock Holmes! :D

I know that Sherlock is a fictitious character, but I'd love to meet and help him to solve some mistery. Actually, I kinda love him!!! 

Well, going back to the story, The Sign of Four is one of the most exciting adventures that I've ever read. It is my favorite one, being honest.

All the mystery begins when a lady named Mary Morstan asks Sherlock to find out what had happened with hers father's death. And why, after his death- ten years ago-, she finds herself recieving precious pearls, one per year, during the lasts 6 years, without have a clue about who has being sending them to her.

Track after track, Sherlock and his always loyal friend, Dr. Watson, will discover the amasing story behind that huge mystery. And believe me, it's fantastic!!!

Wonder by R.J. Palacio

Today I'm inviting you to meet the wonders of this book...

The main mensage that is passed during the reading is:

Here we are presented to Auggie, a boy who lives with his father, mother and older sister, and was born with a facial deformity, reason of he has never gone to school,only had taken lessons at home with his mother.

Auggis knows that his appearance is different, but he is a normal kid, and wants to prove it to averybory, he just needs a chance for that.

In the school he will live new adventures and meet new friends, but also, he will learn that is not a piece of cake to deal with the most part of his classmates. 

Through ups and downs he will convince them that he is just a ordinary boy with a extraordinary heart.

Though this book is about a child and it's highly recommended for children, I really think that everybody should read it, at least once.

I hope you give Auggie a chance too.

The Little Prince

Hello everybory!!!

Today, I'm going to present you a wonder book named The Little Prince.
If you haven't read it or even heard about, it's high time for you to start!

So, the story is about a man that is a pilot and he had an accident with his plane. Because of this, the man find himself lost in the desert.
This man start feeling too much alone and afraid about how he would escape form that situation, but then, something happens.
He meets a little boy -the Prince- and they become friends.
The Little Prince shares with the man the story of his live. ( And we can learn a lot with him ).
In the end of the book, the man is safe and finaly understands what realy had happened with the Little Prince...

But this I won't tell you. If you got curious, go on and read it. I'm pretty sure, you won't regret!
